2-Week Return Appointment Guideline

After setting up your account, return pantry appointments must be scheduled at least 2 weeks after your last visit. This ensures all 75,000+ neighbors have equitable access to fresh food. You can book your return visit anytime for any eligible date.

How often can I schedule a pantry appointment?

To ensure all 75,000+ neighbors receive equitable food access, return pantry appointments must be scheduled at least 2 weeks after your last visit. You can book your return visit anytime for any eligible date. If you experience an emergency between visits, you may attend any of our 77+ Mobile Distributions.

What if I live outside of Orlando 32804?

We welcome Central Florida neighbors! You can also use the ZIP code search above to locate partner pantries or mobile food drops closer to your home.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Please bring a photo ID and proof of residence (utility bill or piece of mail). If you have reusable bags or boxes, bringing them is greatly appreciated!
